Manufacture and/or Supply of Components and Industrial Equipment

We manufacture components for machine tools in accordance with our customers’ specifications. Some of the components which we manufacture include machine tools columns, machine tools beds, pallet changers, machine tools carriage and machine tools saddles. We also provide machine tool sub-assembly whereby we undertake the assembly of components into semi-finished machine tools.

Our components are supplied to the electronics and semiconductor, automotive and precision engineering industries.

When approached by a customer for the supply of machine tool components, we will decide whether to manufacture such components inhouse or to source these components from third parties. Factors which we take into account are as follows:

1. our capability based on our current production equipment;
2. our capacity;
3. cost-efficiency; and
4. customers’ request for a specific supplier.

In the event that we do not manufacture the machine tool components in-house, we would source for such components from third party suppliers.
